We hope you are happy with any purchase from us, however if there is an issue with any goods you have ordered we will be happy to provide a refund or an exchange.
Any goods purchased online may be returned to us by post or direct to one of our shops
We must be informed of any return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Either by email via the 'Contact Us' window or by phone on 01580 713011.
Garments must be returned in a saleable condition. This means that the original packaging is intact and all labels are present. We are aware that garments will have been removed from the packaging to try on.
Refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited.
The return of the goods are your responsibility and if you are posting them to us, we advise you to get proof of postage.
If you require a refund this will occur when we have recieved the goods you are returning to us.
Please ensure that all goods are returned with a covering letter, which includes the date of the order, your order reference number, your name and address.

If goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged upon delivery, please notify us as soon as you are aware of the problem, either by email via the 'Contact Us' window or by phone on 01580 713011.
We will need to see the goods before a decision is made on how to rectify the problem. The return of the goods are your responsibility and if you are posting them to us, we advise you to get proof of postage. Each situation will be dealt with on an individual basis. However, if the goods are found to be faulty, incorrect or damaged, you will be offered the option to have your garment repaired, replaced or your money refunded.
